 Our performing company is proudly performing in its SIXTH season. Our first year, 2004-2005, was met with
much enthusiasm and success. Residents at local nursing homes and assisted living facilities enjoyed ballet, jazz, tap, comtemporary
and even hip hop performances performed by this talented group of young ladies. In the past few years, we have added entertainment
at local festivals, as well as Asheville's Holiday Parade to our list of entertainment venues. Our performance venues have
included KidMania at the WNC Ag Center, events at both Asheville & Biltmore Square Malls, the Biltmore Estate, etc.
We have also appeared as guest artists with the Land o' Sky Chorus. Don't forget we have added an annual "dance
for a cause" event to support a local charity. In 2007, our first was for the Asheville Humane Society. This group
of talented young dancers raised a whopping $1,770.75 for the animals. Even during this year of economic hard times,
these girls raised $1,086.00 to support the Buncombe County Special Olympics.
For the 2009 -2010 season, we have added
an "Junior Performance Group" in addition to our Senior Company. With this addition, we look forward
to sharing even more dance performances with you.
