and dance shoes are required for all dance classes. For your convenience, dancewear may be purchased through Idea Factory,
Inc.

County Recreation Services. I agree to hold harmless Idea Factory, Inc., Buncombe County Recreation Services, as well as their
respective staff members for any potential injuries to my child while participating in these classes. I also agree to abide
by the payment and attendance policies set forth by Idea Factory, Inc.; which include but are not limited to Late Fee of $15.00
for payment not received by start of classes/workshops/intensives attended. Returned Check Fee in the amount of $25.00, and
no credit for student absences. Idea Factory, Inc. reserves the right to photograph program participants for publicity purposes.
