by Buncombe County Recreation Services. I agree to hold harmless Idea Factory, Inc., Buncombe County Recreation Services,
as well as their respective staff members for any potential injuries to my child while participating in these classes. I also
agree to abide by the payment and attendance policies set forth by Idea Factory, Inc.; which include but are not limited to
Late Fee of $5.00 for payment not received by 10th of month, Returned Check Fee in the amount of $25.00, and no credit for
student absences. Idea Factory, Inc. reserves the right to photograph program participants for publicity purposes. These photos
are for Idea Factory, Inc. use only & may be used in future catalogs, brochures, pamphlets or flyers. Any and all additional
